Netsplits aren't visible cleraly as netsplits #114

I only see that users have quit, but I don't see any reason and that confused with me with ChanServ as Communi-sailfish claimed it as normal quit while on WeeChat I saw *.net *.split

How can the app tell if somebody quit because of a netsplit or not?

By looking at the quit message. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netsplit#Appearance

I am not sure if there is standard on the format.

Also possibly related from IRCv3, but those probably need something in libcommuni:

The easiest way to show them could be showing the quit messages.
