Notifications work in sandbox but we can't spawn a DBus service unless we define a Sailjail Profile (#167) and then spawn the service with the same organisation name as defined in the profile.

Currently notifications don't work in sandbox because don't enable sandboxing explicitly after we do we need to make them work in the sandbox.
This requires us to spawn the DBUS services with the reverse name of the organization set in the desktop file.
