I'm afraid it's not feasible to build OTR support into libcommuni due to libotr's dependencies (gcrypt, which in turn requires a patch on windows). However, it can very well be a separate communi-otr module that utilizes IrcCommandFilter & IrcMessageFilter and that can be taken into use for example in communi-desktop.

oh, that's a shame... maybe there's a way to make unix-only support for OTR in libcommuni? or it's against Communi's policies to separate functionality?
