The goal of the Notbinary visit to Landmark is to validate the work undertaken during pre-Discovery by Viewdeck and Discovery by Valtech. This is so we confirm we have a deep enough understanding of the Service to ensure that we provide everything we can to ensure that the Beta procurement* is a success for MHCLG.
We do not want this to be a major burden on the Landmark team - Notbinary are attending with three members of staff with different areas of interest -
Matt Jukes (Product Director) - the public facing elements of the service, ways of working, usage data, terms of service etc
Jon Holt (Partner) - infrastructure requirements, hosting choices, commercial considerations
David Carboni (Technology Director) - technology choices, technology and data architecture
Our preference would be parallel informal conversations with the relevant Landmark people rather than a large formal meeting throughout the day.
Hopefully this sounds OK. We are of course flexible and appreciate the time of the Landmark staff so want to ensure we make the most of it.
*it is not the intention of Notbinary to bid for this Beta so we consider ourselves neutral parties simply seeking to ensure the success of the ongoing project.
