Started to move the project to maven.

Todo

• [x] set up build instruction
• [x] move dependencies to maven
• [ ] remove ide specific stuff from repo
• [ ] remove libraries from repo (currently left in project if some depencencie was missed)

  Known issues:

• [ ] application currently does not run because the fxml files can not be found. probably because the structure change (recomed to move ressource file into src/main/resources to follow the maven stanard)
• [ ] build jar currently is not executing because the main mainfest file is missing

merge when varified and todos are done
