Request Authorization to Contribute appears for GitLab Group URL which is added under approval list (ECLA+ICLA flow) #3239

Steps :

  1. Go to corporate console & add GitLab Group to approval list
  2. Create MR ,See-MR is gated
  3. Click on Not Covered
  4. Click on Proceed as a Corporate Contributor options
  5. Select Microsoft Corporation organization
  6. Click on Procced button
