EasyCLA check is not running on the newly created GitHub account

Background

  1. Create a new account veerendratEasycla1 veerendrat+easycla1@proximabiz.com
  2. Login using the above account
  3. Now create a new PR: https://github.com/CLATestOrg/VulDetect1/pull/88

Expected behavior

PR should gated & easycla check should run
