Data collection from #TripAndPick event attendees

We need to collect data from people who attend our #TripAndPick campaigns for 2 reasons:

• keep track of the most active/involved ones
• obtain consent for publishing photo/video materials recorded during the event

At the moment, the easyest way to do this is by embedding a subscription form in our website For now we use Mailchimp to collect and store data. The embedded form should have the email adress field optional or hidden, and also to require consent for data collection and processing.

If necessary, we may change the platform or form fields to fit our future needs.

Update Email address should be mandatory in order to identify distinct persons who might have the same name. We should add the following disclaimer in the subscription form:

Nu desfășurăm campanii de email marketing. Colectăm adresele de email pentru a face distincția în cazul în care există persoane cu același nume.

Privacy Policy should be updated Please add the following information: RO As point no. 6 in section CE CATEGORII DE DATE CU CARACTER PERSONAL COLECTĂM ȘI SCOPUL ÎN CARE LE PRELUCRAM Informații pe care le colectăm atunci când te înscri la un eveniment:

• nume și prenume;
• adresa de email.

Folosim aceste informații pentru a avea o listă clară a numărului de participanți la evenimente precum și pentru a avea o situație cu cei mai activi voluntari, în eventualitatea premierii acestora sau verificării îndeplinirii condițiilor pentru aderarea membrilor asociați. Nu desfășurăm campanii de email marketing.

We use this information to have a clear idea on the number of participants to our events and a database with the most active volunteers. We need this reports in case of future incentives and also to check compliance with the necessary conditions for acquiring membership. We do not carry out email marketing campaigns.
