After finishing up the historical fire diagram, I exported the ontology, and did File >> New, clicked yes to open in current window, and started the smoke diagram. Upon the first time I used the undo command, the class Fire from the previous ontology appeared, with a long edge called "label" to a class called "string." (There were no such names in that diagram, but there were rdfs:label and xsd:string.)
