Added a very simplistic Kock Snowflake Fractal #5

I added a java implementation of the Koch snow flake, it is super simple. I also added the Snow flake to the fractallist.json file so its displayable in the app.

I also fixed a class naming issue in the fractallist.json so that the Pythagoras Tree fractal also displays now.

Thanks. I failed to push my changes yesterday, which will require more merging, but that's my problem (that and creating a centralized registry - fractallist.json)
