`gwas.py`: Include `BOLT-LMM` in pipeline #95

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. BOLT-LMM is included in gwas.sif and can be used by calling the corresponding binary (singularity exec --home=$PWD:/home $SIF/gwas.sif bolt --help), but there are no options to use it via the gwas.py script.

Describe the solution you'd like Added support for BOLT-LMM in gwas.sif conforming to the standard keyword argument pattern of input/output files and parameters, and a use case demoing this functionality.
