• [X] Simplified petsc configure, so it’s more manual
  • Need pip3 for petsc configure script to work, so just doing it manually removes a dependency. Not sure how to adjust your path so that test install works
• [X] ICE Runner test with mkl option
  • Ubuntu runner not here (hopefully next PR if brew and ubuntu packages work properly), but I can test that on my fork, so I just wanted to close the branch here
  • It’s impossible to test both the lapack and MKL option with the same Makefile setup, so I just went for mkl. I think the only good fix to the packages having different paths + dependencies is CMake which I’ve never written before, but maybe I’ll try for the next PR
