User progress #37

The user's progress needs to be saved to and loaded from a file, and if the user is playing for the first time, then we need to create this file with only the first level unlocked.

25 will probably be important to look at.

A UserProfile model now exists that can be saved and loaded to file. It isn't used anywhere yet.
