Time elapsed keeps increasing while paused #96

Time spent in the paused screen counts against you because I'm silly and used DateTime.Now as the starting point :\

I know how to fix this, but I'll do so in the morning in jorenz/scoring-system, so look for the fix there when I get to it. I'm just posting this as a reminder.
