Sorry I didn't find where "text.borderlessmining.videomodename": "Borderless Windowed" is in the config menu, can you give a screenshot, please?

If I remember correctly, it's used in the normal graphics options screen in the resolution slider; if you're using Sodium you'll need to press shift+P to see it.
