Update to 1.19.4 #65

Not really familiar with Minecraft mod development and basically did what compiler / language server told me to do. So please let me know if anything's wrong and of cos feel free to edit.

Thanks for the PR! It looks like the only changes here are mappings changes, so the existing jar does work with 1.19.4 if you update the version requirement in fabric.mod.json.
