Possibility of running Minecraft in borderless windowed mode at all times

I would like to ask if it is possible to make the game run in borderless windowed mode at all times instead of when switching programs. This is because I have noticed that the mod, when I enter the game with borderless windowed mode in use, does something like this:

Switching to another window:

1. The game is in actual fullscreen.
2. I press Alt+Tab. Minecraft becomes unfocused. It turns from actual fullscreen to borderless windowed mode. I noticed this when I do exactly this step, the screen turns black for a very short moment. It remains borderless windowed as I open other programs.

Switching to Minecraft again:

1. Other programs are on top of Minecraft or other program covers the entire screen in windowed mode, while Minecraft is unfocused.
2. I press Alt+Tab. When I release "Tab" I see Minecraft's menu screen for a short while, the screen then turns black for a bit, then Minecraft enters fullscreen mode (not borderless windowed mode).

Regardless of if this mod is used, capturing screen works the same as in actual fullscreen mode, which is buggy, but this is not the main issue as this happens in other fullscreen games as well.
