create iospi.yml to create ioSPI conda environment #2

Started adding most libraries that will be needed to handle molecular model files (PDB, mmCIF, PQR, ...) and density map files (MRC, DX, ...).

Next, example scripts and notebooks will illustrate their use.

Also, methods to convert from one format to another will be given.
