Added initial code for reading a density map from a .mrc file. Added corresponding tests. Added a Jupyter notebook for test and visualization.

Marking as draft for now since the tests are not passing.

Some indications:

You can add the notebooks that are not yours in a list NOTEBOOKS_TO_SKIP in test_notebooks.py : since it is not your job to debug someone else's notebook
Can you investigate what the other errors are? Thanks 🙌
