Decide on how ctf param info will be passed

Consider how to match particles and ctf_info

For now placeholder values are used in test_ir https://github.com/compSPI/reconstructSPI/blob/itr_ref_docstrings/tests/test_expectation_maximization.py#L24

When implementing the CTF, this should be revisited, and checked in test_build_ctf_array https://github.com/compSPI/reconstructSPI/blob/itr_ref_docstrings/tests/test_expectation_maximization.py#L77
