Date Picker is crufty #15

The wrapper around the date picker functionality is quite rough. It needs to properly handle clicks on the calendar back and forth buttons. Also it needs to close when the user clicks outside the calendar.

It's still a little wonky in terms of display, but now it actually behaves properly.
