This crossed my mind as well, though I'm not familiar with any purpose-built "standard" language for addressing the issue. I imagine it might have to be state-specific. Some states do affirmatively assert copyright in their statutes, but I'm not aware of any Delaware statute or history to that effect.

The Delaware Code site has the following notices:
