tool URL for country page images? #146

I made a new image link for the US country page and while it leads to the trends tool, it used to lead to the filled-in trends tool (just like the CAP Home page slides). Now it just leads to the blank trends tool with US selected.

this is expected behavior. Should this work differently?

I was mistaken. Close the bug.
