When making the below graph we ran into an issue with too many digits in the table. Below is the image, but here were all the setting selected: US and Switzerland, Parliamentary and Legislative, Tax Code (which is under Macroeconomics). Then I selected US Public Laws and Swiss Legislation. Then I changed both series to be percent total and I changed from graphing years to U.S. Congresses.
