data problems in Hungarian Budget dataset #164

we need take a look at this dataset.... it won't work as is.

(there is some bad data which is causing a crash when you try to graph it)

I talked to the project manager a few weeks ago saying that there was something wrong with the file they had uploaded. They have never followed up, so until they do their part, there isn't anything we can do.

looked at the csv and can't tell what is going on!! ask them to send the .xls if need be
