support percent total for scatter plots? #165

If you do the following:

Graph two series Change one or both of the series of percent change/total. Switch the graph to a scatter plot.

The graph will revert back to a count, rather than a percent change/total.

Known behavior. Scatter plots deal with count, and so force the measure to count.

A "memory" for what measures you were looking at before choosing scatter plot would be an additional feature...

Or maybe I should say: scatter plots for percent total are not currently supported.
