In order to make the Policies, Budgets, Chart History, Edit, and Explore buttons on the trends tool stand out a little more, can we either make the text a little larger or shading on the boxes a little darker? Just something so that they jump out more for new users. One piece of feedback that I got this morning from someone who had never used the site before was that his eye glossed straight over these because the Select projects, dataset types, and policy topics selectors were much more visible.
