added tables for the the different OS in the docs
added extra components for the opensees writer to resolve a warning during analysis run

yes and no. if it is only about docs you can use the "no changelog" label (however, i noticed it is not available on this repo yet). but you also changed the code and this should always be recorded...

btw, not sure what the code change actually does?
