As discussed in #8.

There will be build errors but to fix those we need to update the ros package to get around some python2 troubles. Again, see #8.

Things to consider:

With this setup all commits to main are built and pushed (but not marked latest)
All tags starting with v would get tagged as latest, including alpha/betas
PRs are built but not pushed.

I have tested uploads (by pushing to my dockerhub user).
