Consider migrating from yarn to npm #118

We've found our user base is much more comfortable working with npm than with yarn. With the introduction of npm workspaces last year, can we use npm and Lerna together the same way we've previously used yarn and Lerna?

Lerna does support npm and we've migrated to npm We've also moved to a new major Lerna version - v6
