Set COEP and COOP headers to properly test SharedArrayBuffer in Firefox and Chrome #1658

Firefox 79 has SharedArrayBuffer enabled with properly set COEP and COOP headers. Is it possible to configure GitHub Pages somehow?

I very much doubt it; it's just static file serving.
