Search Condition popup headings hard to read on windows #293

In the scrollable popup for search conditions, the headings 'PATIENT CONDITIONS', 'VARIANT CONDITIONS', etc. are unreadable on Windows. (can't take a screen shot, but background color is dark gray and font color is ligher gray/white, and there's not enough contrast)

New condition chooser should address this.
