I made some slight changes to Jannovar.java so that the program doesn't download the refseq serialized from our server, but from the jannovar links, which have now been fixed. Should we have a try/catch block around jannovar - if it fails to find the serialized file, it can use ours. Marten Jager from the Robinson lab said that we need to use an updated serialized file to get things working properly.
