Basic variant information is cutoff if there is no gene #331

If there is no gene overlapping a variant, the Basic Variant information is cut off.

The KeyValuePairPanel.ellipsifyValues() method doesn't seem to work properly for Basic Variant Information or Detailed Variant Information, but it did work for the custom Info -- at least for the examples I tried. (Custom Info is the info shown when clicking the 'Show' Button in the above screenshot).
