Deleting database in the Server Management page removes server from list. #339

Steps to recreate:

  1. Start client
  2. On the login screen, enter the server management page
  3. Create a new server to connect to, if one doesn't exist
  4. Create a new database, if one doesn't exist.
  5. Delete the database.The server configuration will be deleted as well.

This happens no matter if there are other databases on the server, or not.
