Tested on 1.3.2 using RPM distribution on nexus...
The directory /usr/local/medsavant-server/lib has the wrong permissions (non-root users can't read the files in this directory). As a result, attempting to start the server will return ClassNotFound errors.

Likely RPM-specific. We had a similar bug with the client a while ago, fixed via commit: https://github.com/compbio-UofT/medsavant/commit/38b270b835b740d64f8cc70e638950376f33a94f
