Switch to GRCh nomenclature #351

Remove references to "hg" nomenclature for reference genomes, replacing them with GRCh counterparts.

hg17 and hg18 do not have a GRCh counterpart, and are instead NCBI Build 35 and NCBI Build 36.1 respectively. Should those remain as they are, or be modified to the NCBI build names instead?
