adapter_content function on Windows #10

Dear August:

I know this function which was disable on Windows due to C++ 14 dependancy. But for some reasons, I need to use adapter_content function to get the data on Windows. is there any alternative method to use this function on Windows ?

Hi Frank, I think if you need to run adapter content on Windows then your best bet would be to run FASTQC on your samples instead: https://www.bioinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/fastqc/
