@akshayarav I tested this and I think it is looking good. Just a few things that I think might be necessary before its merged:

• Could you set scale to TRUE by default?
• Fix the \code{} in roxygen doc
• We somehow also need to make sure that rownames of the SCE object appear in the dropdown by default (ui)? I think might need to discuss with Josh about this.
• Not sure if there is already a rmarkdown but would good to have one for bubbleplots.

I think points 3 and 4 could be discussed further in our next meeting. Thanks again for all the work!
