make distributable package #4

This makes it so that the source files are actually included when the package is distributed. Probably need version bump still.

There's also a nice udev rules file, it adds the device to the group plugdev.

FWIW, I'm thinking about posting a "non-github-linked-fork" of this under https://github.com/openaps github org.

That way, we can split maintenance stuff via github org? I've been using the pypi version I maintain in openaps and would it'd be nice to get some more features in: https://github.com/openaps/openaps/issues/29

The android-uploader and xdrip versions of the android software can do bluetooth and get all the raw data and other records, so it'd be fun to get that stuff in and maintained/tested by bunch of people if possible.
