Polis homepage icons showing incorrectly in Chrome #1713

Expected behavior: Icons display without broken icon artifacts

Actual behavior: Please describe the actual behavior here.

To Reproduce:

  1. Visit pol.is in Chrome or Edge browsers
  2. Scroll to "Explore" and "Legal" headers
  3. See icons are positioned next to broken icon artifacts
