IMPORTANT: This pull request has only the part for issue 111 (clean saved data: rxn_ptrs). After the merge, the idea is to continue cleaning data like the Jacobians

hi @cguzman95 - I left the branch open if you want to use it for the rest of #99 - be sure to pull the new changes before you continue though

Since this is for distant future, I will delete the branch and I will pull from chem_mod correctly when I continue this part
