This is a forward-port of the chamber_2 branch. The chamber code is now implemented as a type of loss function (wall loss plus sedimentation loss). There are new test cases in test/loss and a new scenario in scenarios/8_chamber that corresponds to Experiment 1 in the barrel paper.
