partmc hangs up with nucleation on and nummass_source weighting #65

Reported by Mike that nucleation causes a hangup in coagulation when default weighting is used (nummass_source).

I tried nucleation with various weighting types and it appears to only occur for nummass_source. Code runs for flat, flat_source, nummass. Appears to hang up with coagulation of the mass mode.
