Create user documentation #34

We now have a method for writing and building user documentation, now we need to fill it with content.

At a minimum, the core functionality of CorA (especially from an admin side, i.e. how to create projects, import texts, link them to tagsets, etc.) should be covered.

Commit 7917f2c is the last in a long series of commits (at least 26! phew!) that create the user documentation. Modifications/additions are of course still possible, but the core of the documentation exists now.

The old German documentation is organized by GUI layout (i.e. one section for each tab in the GUI), but I think I would rather organize this one by function. For example:
