Remove files that are too project-specific #46

The repo still contains some files that are highly specific for our Anselm/ReF projects, and likely to be of no use to anybody else, e.g. the bin/cora_edit_transcription.py script, which requires a path to our check script as an argument, which in turn isn't even part of this repo.

Find and remove these specific files from the repo prior to release, or rather, move them to a repo of their own.

Scripts related to CorA-XML that currently only exist in my personal "scripts" repository should probably be added here as well. (EDIT: added in commit afd5499)

Some scripts (e.g. cora_import_one_token_per_line.sh) even depend on them.
