Widths of some elements needs to be more flexible

Some HTML elements have fixed width or maximum width that can cause problems for localisation, namely when the localized string takes more space than the original German string. If possible, the CSS should be changed to be more flexible here.

Some elements that are affected:

• Columns in file overview
• Columns in editor table
• Dropdown boxes in search dialog

This might be a minor change, but a pretty important one for a release.
