Tagger & server message IDs in the admin tab don't reset? #66

When adding a tagger in the admin field and removing it again, the id for new taggers added later on does not reset but keeps incrementing.

Edit: This also happens for server notifications.

That's fine, they just need to be unique, not starting from 1.
