A report by a test user:

Der Script /db/configure_db.php konfiguriert die Datenbank richtig aber erzeugt eine leere Konfigurationsdatei config.php, wie folgt:

<?php return array ( );

Ich habe die config.defaults.php Datei zur config.php kopiert und die entsprechende Werte per Hand eingetragen bzw. gelöscht.
