On moodle 4.1 the setting page url in the administration doesn't work.
it renders a dirroot/settings.php instead of dirroot/plagiarism/compilatio/settings.php
For exemple, considering i'm in local for now, i get a localhost/settings.php when i'm supposed to get localhost//plagiarism/compilatio/settings.php.

On moodle 4.1 the setting page url in the administration doesn't work. it renders a dirroot/settings.php instead of dirroot/plagiarism/compilatio/settings.php
For exemple, considering i'm in local for now, i get a localhost/settings.php when i'm supposed to get localhost//plagiarism/compilatio/settings.php.
On the other end, on moodle 4.0 it doesn't happend. On yet another end, if i go through the "/admin/plagiarism.php", the link for the compilatio setting page does work there and is correct (http://localhost/moodletest41/plagiarism/compilatio/settings.php)
Any clue what may causes this ?
